Ripple invited Xumm and Frii to present and demonstrate their FriiPOS Terminal App at the XRP Ledger (XRPL) workshop.
The audience witnessed firsthand how the FriiPOS Terminal App allows Xumm wallet users to make cryptocurrency payments at the point of sale on the XRP ledger, delivering funds to the merchant's GateHub account in real-time and eliciting an overwhelmingly positive response.
The response at the workshop and Ripple stand was fantastic, with attendees eager to learn more about the global rollout and potential partnerships. Xumm and Frii look forward to attending more events with the RippleX team to showcase their solution to users worldwide.
Xumm and Frii Take the Stage
Maaike van der Veen, the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Xumm, expressed excitement about debuting the first point-of-sale terminal with Xumm QR payments live on stage at Paris Blockchain Week.
The demonstration captivated the audience - consisting of developers, entrepreneurs, and interested onlookers.
